A picture of the summons was posted on the Facebook page All Singapore Stuff on Sunday, triggering public anger. The summons was reportedly issued at the Jurong East Central One along with remarks that the rubber band was thrown at a “public place”, an offence under the Environmental Public Health Act (Chapter 95). > Oriental Daily reported that a 16-year-old girl in Guiyang, China, stabbed her classmate four times for wearing her slippers. A few days later at a sports event, the girl stabbed her classmate with a knife.
