Nonthaburi restaurant owner found dead in Chao Phraya after disturbing calls

The body of Manop Worasavettanon, 67, was spotted in the river at 8.30am. Manop’s friend, Panya Eknawajit, told police that he had owned the Krua Rim Nam restaurant in Pak Kret. Panya said Manop sent a LINE message to his children to say goodbye three days ago, saying he was leaving and the children would find out why three days later.
