The previous Guinness Record for the longest shoot-out stood at 48 meaning the two clubs, who both play in the Ebac Northern League, are now world record holders. I don’t think anyone was thinking that we were going to set a world record but clearly it was going on for a very long time. Finance director, Rob, 50, added: ‘It’s just incredible that we’re now partof a world record.
