United’s quest for a new manager to replace interim boss Ralf Rangnick in the summer is well underway and the Ajax boss, along with PSG’s Mauricio Pochettino, are both under consideration. According to Sky Sports, the Red Devils have ‘sounded out’ the Dutchman but there is yet to be any official contact between United and Ajax. Ten Hag is currently under contract until the end of next season but if United make an official approach he is keen to hold discussions. Former United striker Louis Saha recently revealed he fears the job at Old Trafford may be too big for Ten Hag.
