She even had to call Healthline for advice and had contacted the Christchurch City Council and its contractors to mitigate the issues. Said city council head of regulatory compliance Tracey Weston: “The council has received eight complaints for noise associated with the construction work for this development. In response, we have been on-site to assess the noise and has been assessed as compliant with the construction noise standard.”
