Bhagalpur, Dec. 3: The syndicate of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University today recommended disqualification of former Delhi law minister Jitendar Singh Tomar's law degree and resolved to send it to Raj Bhavan for finalisation. The syndicate approved all decisions taken by the examination committee and disciplinary committee yesterday. They had decided to suspend two varsity officials, Dinesh Srivastava from the examination department and Niranjan Kumar from pension department. Legal action has been recommended against then head clerk Krishnanad Prasad Singh and associate professor Janardan Prasad Singh, responsible for Tomar's enrolment through fake documents. It approved to stay increment to former exam department head clerk Aniruddha Das for issuing original certificate to Tomar and debarred him from exam work in future.
