A 27-year-old juice vendor, Manoj, was hit by a speeding Audi car at ITO on Saturday. None of the passersby on the busy junction came forward to help even as the youth was impaled to death. The freak accident took place around 11 pm, while Manoj was crossing the main road in front of the Doll Museum at ITO. The Audi owner, a Greater Kailash resident, however, could be nabbed because of a tip-off by a Good Samaritan only. Initial questioning of the Audi owner revealed that he was driving himself at the time of accident.
