About the targeting of small-time end-users, Cheema said, “Crime is crime. The government has ensured treatment for small-time end-users of drugs.” “There was no illegal planting. Whatever was recovered was shown in the FIRs as it happened,” SAD spokesperson an Education Minister Daljit Singh Cheema said when asked about the similar pattern of FIRs in the drugs cases.
