Winnipeg police say no foul play is suspected in the death of Hirenkumar (Herry) Patel, whose body was found in a vehicle submerged in the Red River last week. (supplied)On Tuesday, police confirmed that the body is Patel's and announced that foul play is not suspected in his case. Police divers recovered Patel's red Hyundai Elantra, with a body inside, from the river near the Fort Garry Bridge on Friday. "The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting that the public and members of the media respect the family's privacy during this time of grieving." Hirenkumar (Herry) Patel had been last seen alive on June 26.
