LUCENA CITY – Exiled Communist Party of the Philippines founder Jose Maria “Joma” Sison reiterated Monday that there is no conspiracy between the political opposition and communist insurgents to topple down the Duterte administration. “There is no conspiracy between the CPP-NPA-NDFP and Liberal Party for the purposes claimed by Duterte and the military,” Sison said on his Facebook page Monday afternoon. ADVERTISEMENTSison claimed that the conspiracy scenario being concocted by the government aims to pave the way for the declaration of martial law nationwide. “Duterte and the military keep on insisting that there is such a conspiracy, a September plot to kill Duterte and a Red October plan to oust him,” Sison said.
