With more than two months before she started, she began looking for a Brooklyn rental, without the help of an agent. “I didn’t want to rule out two-bedrooms, because there is nothing wrong with having more space, and I could always have a guest space or more storage space,” Dr. Kudla said. “The problem was that the next day was a Tuesday,” Dr. Kudla said.
