Nipsey Hussle's murder sparks Los Angeles gangs peace rally in the slain rapper's neighborhood

The violence of rapper Nipsey Hussle's death inspired an outbreak of peace as gangs from all over the city of Los Angeles declared a truce as they gathered together to pay tribute to the slain star. According to TMZ, the Friday afternoon march was organized by leaders from gangs in Watts, Compton, L.A. and Inglewood who discussed a cease-fire on Thursday. Among those street gangs represented was the Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips, the crew that Hussle used to run with as a teen and his shooter, Eric Holder, is allegedly affiliated with now. 'The overall goal is to establish a structure that can go on further,' BigU1 said regarding plans following the rally. Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Asghedom, was shot multiple times on March 31 outside his Marathon Clothing store.
