That figure is up by just under 500% from the day prior, when the same songs racked up 1.7 million plays on various streaming platforms in the U.S. The focus was, unsurprisingly, on Hussle’s recently-released debut studio album Victory Lap, which was finally unveiled last February, much to the delight of fans who had been following the artist for years. The title’s 14 songs (or 16, if his followers opted for the deluxe edition) were played six million times on March 31. That’s up an incredible 638% from March 30, when the tunes on his debut album were played 810,000 times. Victory Lap appears to be headed back to the top 10 on the Billboard 200 thanks to its increase in consumption.
