KUALA LUMPUR: Ni Hsin Resources Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Pentoli Sdn Bhd, entered into an exclusive distributorship agreement today with Mingkeda Group Holding Co Ltd of China. The agreement, for the marketing of Ni Hsin's Pentoli Stainless Steel Multi-ply Cookware and Stainless Steel Convex Mirror products, includes a total secured order of RM54 million for the first three years. "Driving this engagement between Ni Hsin and Mingkeda is a growing demand for quality cookware and convex mirror products by customers in China," he said at the signing ceremony here today. On Jan 24, it was reported that Ni Hsin was considering venturing into China in its bid to expand its overseas market. Earlier this year, Ni Hsin also signed an agreement with GRAYNS Malaysia for the distribution of GRAYNS starch-reducing rice cookers, in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
