Political Analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has opined that the fresh bi-partisan talks between the Azimio Coalition and the Kenya Kwanza faction will collapse. Ngunyi on Saturday expressed mistrust that the talks will succeed on the grounds that the talks have no grassroots basis. This comes as the Azimio Coalition has agreed to nominate five members to sit in a new dialogue panel that will consist of five other members from Kenya Kwanza. The fresh talks will be facilitated by the former Nigerian President Obasanjo days after Ruto allegedly snubbed his Tanzanian counterpart Samia Suluhu. Under the new agreement, the two sides will form a committee of ten composed of five members each from Azimio La Umoja and Kenya Kwanza.
