National has the numbers to govern, but only just, according to a new poll. It's the second time in a row the poll has predicted a National-led Government. National's polling is quite different to a Stuff/YouGov poll conducted earlier in the month. The other major poll, conducted by Reid Research for Newshub, was conducted back in October. It showed Labour's popularity falling to 41.6 per cent, down 9.2 percentage points from it's previous poll.
