The policy, which makes roadside parking penalty five times more expensive and residential parking chargeable, was stuck because of several "observations" of the law department. Once cleared by the law department, the file will be sent for the final approval to Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. Residents had raised an objection to the proposed parking fee outside their houses.
