Dora has launched a new mobile application “CCC Mobile App” (Customer Call Centre Mobile Applilcation), here on Friday. The app enables escalation, monitoring, tracking and other electricity related complaints as part of providing better services to customers received through 1912 (CCC). Speaking on the occasion, the CMD said that the app could provide quick response to complaints with better services to the consumers at any time. He requested the consumers of the five districts of the APEPDCL: Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East and West Godavari to use “1912” (CCC) facility for registering all types of electricity related complaints. The complaints so received through above toll free number will be registered and sent to the corresponding designated officer for immediate rectification of the problem.
