New and different songs born from collaboration of Auckland musiciansZIZI SPARKS/STUFF Secondary school students and established artists have collaborated to write songs. Co.Vibe is an initiative to encourage songwriting collaboration and has seen six secondary school students paired with experienced musicians to write songs. Secondary school students in Auckland's Devonport-Takapuna area were encouraged to apply and six were selected. The collaboration took place on November 29 and 30, when the students wrote and recorded songs at Fort Takapuna. ZIZI SPARKS/STUFF High school students formed different groups over the two days to write new songs.
