I'm still doing about ninety percent of what I did in the job last year even though I'm capable of doing a lot more. I have proposed three or four projects to my boss "Gil." His boss is the CEO of our company and I guess the CEO doesn't expect or want Gil to try out new ideas. I am starting to think about job-hunting, even though this company pays well and the benefits are fantastic. Part of me feels like Gil told me "I have a plan for you" just to shut me up for another year.
