John Swinney has been told that Neil Gray's limo scandal is "not closed" like he claimed as he has been urged to launch an independent probe into his behaviour. Deputy leader Rachael Hamilton has written to Mr Swinney insisting that Mr Gray had “left this scandal wide open”. She insisted that it was "crystal clear" that the SNP Minister misused taxpayer-funded limos to watch Aberdeen games. Ms Hamilton said: "John Swinney wants this matter to be closed, but Neil Gray's statement has left this scandal wide open. Speaking on Thursday, Mr Swinney said that Mr Gray had addressed “all the issues that need to be considered” in his statement, and that he considered the matter “closed”.
