Industrial production grew 1.7% in May, according to data released on Wednesday, down from 2.79% in April and 8% in May last year. The 6.79% G-Secs maturing in 2029 were rose to Rs 100.29 from Rs 100.1475, while its yield edged down to 6.75% from 6.77%. The 6.79% G-Secs maturing in 2027 climbed to Rs 102.3725 from Rs 102.19, while, its yield softened to 6.46% from 6.48%. The 6.97% G-Secs maturing in 2026 moved up to Rs 102.08 from Rs 102.03 while, its yield inched down to 6.66% from 6.67%. The 7.35% G-Secs maturing in 2024, the 8.28% G-Secs maturing in 2027 and the 8.40% G-Secs maturing in 2024 were also quoted higher at Rs 103.0150, Rs 109.06 and Rs 108.18 respectively.
