LINCOLN — Nebraska basketball’s Rienk Mast won’t play in the Huskers’ exhibition game against Doane on Sunday, coach Fred Hoiberg said, after the forward was “the unfortunate victim of a random act of violence” that occurred last week. Hoiberg announced three more Huskers won’t play in Sunday’s exhibition. Juwan Gary won’t play because of a violation of team policies. The attrition leaves Nebraska with one true big man in athletic but raw freshman Matar Diop, who Hoiberg said will likely start against Doane.
