The Nigerian, Godwin Ulo Awa (43), was acquitted by the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Dr Ajit Atri. Defence counsel Harish Bharadwaj, however, objected to the police version and said that Godwin had been falsely implicated in the NDPS case.
