LAHORE: Imprisoned former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif underwent a brief medical check-up in Kot Lakhpat jail in Lahore on Wednesday. Nawaz, who is serving a seven-year term in Kot Lakhpat Jail in connection with the infamous Panamagate, complained of a headache and throat infection. Upon which a medical team briefly visited him in the jail premises. The ousted Prime Minister was diagnosed with a low fever. On Jan 8, the health condition of the former premier reportedly deteriorated in the jail.
