Plu Taluang Police arrived at the scene on Sattahip Pier Road in Sattahip at 4.30am to find a wrecked sedan on the road. Navy officer Suttipong Amma, 27, the driver, and a male passenger, were dead inside the sedan, police said. The driver, Chalermpon Wichean, 59, was dead inside the damaged vehicle, police said.
