The Georgian National Tourism Administration is hosting a delegation of up to 10 “leading” tourism companies from the United States and a journalist from Forbes Magazine to showcase the country’s visitor potential, the body said on Tuesday. Maia Omiadze, the Head of the GNTA, emphasised the significance of hosting the group, and added they would be visiting “touristically important” regions to explore Georgia's cultural and tourism potential. This is a very interesting and different tourist destination. I am glad to meet the service providers, get to know their offers and products, and hopefully we will start cooperation soon”. The body noted Forbes Magazine would publish an article highlighting Georgia’s tourism potential as part of the promotion.
