National Post has been nominated for five Canadian Online Publishing Awards, with Postmedia earning another nomination. The Post is nominated for Best Article or Packaging and Best Continuing Coverage of a Story in the green category for Richard Warnica’s Rob Ford obituary. He was also nominated for Best Infographic with reporter Mike Doherty and illustrator Mike Faille for an interactive map of Drake’s many collaborators. Videographer Graham Runciman and producer Mary Taws were nominated in the Best Video Content category for a feature on former refugees who shared what they learned as newcomers to Canada. The Edmonton Journal also picked up a nomination for Best Editorial Packaging with its series on domestic violence.
