Assamese film Village Rockstars has bagged the best film award. Sridevi won the best actress award posthumously for Mom. Divya Dutta won Best Supporting Actress award for her performance in film Irada. Yesudas has been named the best male playback award for "Poy Maranja Kalam" in the movie Viswasapoorvam Mansoor. The award for best female playback award has been given to Shashaa Tirupati for "Vaan" in Kaatru Veliyidai.
