They were arrested from the Haji Chinu Miah Road in Tikkapara area of Mohammadpur around 12pm on Wednesday, police said. He said they also seized 350 yaba pills, 20 mobile phones and Tk14,00,510 cash from the couple’s possession. “This couple is very clever and they have been working behind the curtain for a long time. This is the first time DNC has arrested Jahirul.”He added that they were questioning the couple and taking legal steps against them.
