KUALA LUMPUR: Japanese Hideto Nakane of the Nippo Delko Provence team produced a hard-earned win in the sixth stage of the Petronas Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) today. Hideto edged Kazakhstan’s Gleb Brussenskiy of Vino-Astana Motors in a photo finish in the 150.9km stage. Hideto and Brussenskiy had attacked late in the stage, and the duo managed to escape getting caught by the chasing pack. PETRONAS yellow jersey holder Danilo Celano of Team Sapura Cycling lost four seconds on Fedorov as he arrived in the main peloton. The Italian, however, remained in the lead in the GC with a 26-second advantage over second placed Fedorov.
