GEORGE TOWN: The 49-year-old husband of the 41-year-old woman who was killed in an accident in Ayer Itam here on Tuesday (Feb 11) said his wife was heading to work when the incident occurred. Lim Kok Hin said his wife Song Lin Na was riding a motorcycle to her workplace at a food court here when a car from the opposite lane crashed head-on into her. Lim, who works as an air conditioner service provider, said his friend came to his house on Tuesday (Feb 11) to tell him about the accident. In the accident on Tuesday (Feb 11) which occurred at around 7.30pm, Song and another motorcyclist, 59-year-old man Zainuddin Ahmad, were killed, while a third motorcyclist, aged 21, was injured in the chest and face. "After knocking into the motorcyclist, the car driver went into the opposite lane, ramming into two motorcycles ridden by the two deceased victims (Song and Zainuddin) as well as a car.
