PETALING JAYA: The High Court's impending decision on whether the prosecution in the SRC International trial has established a prima facie case against Datuk Seri Najib Razak is the reason behind “desperate attempts” to bring down the Pakatan Harapan government, alleges Lim Kit Siang (pic). The Iskandar Puteri MP said if judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali finds that the prosecution has established a prima facie case, then it will order Najib to enter his defence. However, he said if the prosecution fails to prove a prima facie case then Najib will walk out as a free man on Nov 11. Lim also alleged that attempts to link the DAP to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) terrorist organisation were part of the attacks against the Pakatan government. Lim was responding to recent allegations that there is a conspiracy brewing for a government without DAP and Parti Amanah Negara.
