KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak wished Malaysian pilgrims performing the Haj this year, a mabrur haj (accepted by God). Malaysian Haj pilgrims for this season will leave in stages for the Holy Land with the last batch leaving on Aug 26 and returning between Sept 7 and Oct 4. A total of 112 flights by Malaysia Airlines and Flynas would ferry 30,200 pilgrims to Saudi Arabia in this Haj season. He had also said the restoration in quota for the Haj pilgrims was due to the good relationship between the Malaysian and the Saudi government. He said pilgrims were blessed with the opportunity which translated into more Malaysian Muslims would be able to perform the haj.
