PETALING JAYA: Chinese New Year is a time for all Malaysians to strengthen ties, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. He added that he had always admired the tradition of reunion dinners, which has been continually practised by Malaysian Chinese. "Reunion dinners are more than just about delicious delicacies. "I wish all Malaysians, especially the Chinese community, a Happy Chinese New Year," he added. Malaysians celebrate Chinese New Year on Jan 28 and will gather for their reunion dinners on Friday.
