The Milimani Law Court has found guilty a speeding motorist who insulted a female pedestrian, Rael Cheruto while wielding a panga at her. Source: UGCMartin Njoroge, the accused appeared before the Milimani Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku who found him culpable after being charged with creating a disturbance. Njoroge caused a breach of peace by hurling expletives at Rael Cheruto on Sunday, February 28, along Kimathi Lane, Nairobi. “It's the security guards at the Ibrahim's Shopping Mall who rescued her and took the panga from the accused,” the report partly reads. The owners of the Sacco condemned the incidence disowning the driver as they called on the law enforcers to take action against him.
