Writer/director Josh Couch won a gold award for Best Writing, and the programme won a silver award for Best History Documentary. NZME owns several radio stations and the New Zealand Herald among other enterprises. The Crazy Kiwi Christmas Kids' Show broadcast on Newstalk ZB and Radio Sport on Christmas morning won a silver award for Best Children's Show, while director Phil Guyan won a Bronze award for Best Director.
