PHOTO | SCREENSHOTThe National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has launched a manhunt for the reckless matatu driver caught on tape driving on the wrong side of Thika Superhighway. The authority announced on Wednesday that the driver of the matatu, registration number KBH 573X, has been blacklisted for driving on the wrong side on the road. NTSA is working with the police to find and arrest the driver.
