LAHORE: Pakistan has been conducting backdoor diplomacy with the arch-rival India in a bid to resolve the issues and release tensions through talks, confirmed the national security advisor. Talking to media on Friday, General (r) Nasir Janjua said India has to eventually come on the table for talks to protect its own interests. “Pakistan is ready to hold talks with India on Kashmir and other basic issues,” he said. Janjua admitted that India had committed unprecedented human rights violations in the occupied valley. Gen (r) Janjua assured that the state will triumph in the war against terrorism.
