The RTI request was for documents from the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) on the award of 20 constructions on the ‘Big Push’ project he claimed were sole-sourced. “This request relates to procurement activities undertaken under the Government's ‘Big Push’ initiative for the underlisted contracts. Specifically, I request the minutes of the meeting(s) of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Board at which the underlisted sole-sourcing contracts were approved,” parts of the RTI request read.
