Yellow alert raised on Luzon Grid for Tuesday — NGCPADVERTISEMENTMANILA, Philippines — The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) placed the Luzon grid under yellow alert on Tuesday, June 04, 2019. In an advisory, the NGCP said the yellow alert on the country’s largest power grid will be in effect from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.NGCP said the Luzon grid’s available capacity is at 11,746 megawatts, while peak demand is at 10,831 megawatts.
