Debold Sinas as the regional director, and Brig. He said the vacancy prompted the PNP leadership to elevate Ortilla from his previous post as chief of the regional staff of the NCRPO. Before this new reassignments, PNP chief Gen. Archie Gamboa formalized the promotion of PNP Director for Intelligence Maj. Gen. Ferdinand Divina and Director for Comptrollership Maj. Gen. Marni Marcos Jr. to the two-star rank on August 19.
