The Libyan National Commission for Human Rights (NCHRL) condemned parading the body of the leader in Benghazi Shura Council, Jalal Makhzoum, after exhuming his grave five days after his death in Bunasib, 12 Buildings area, western Benghazi. "It is an atrocious and vicious crime that is at odds with the Islamic teachings and human nature as well as with the Libyan conventions." The NCHRL said after its investigators watched the video that showed Dignity Operation militias displaying the body of Makhzoum around Benghazi streets.
