NCA Trial: Why judge gave 'lenient’ sentences to 3 former appointees – Samson Anyenini

The accused persons the Court said were in a conspiratorial drill to cause financial loss to the State. Justice Eric Kyei Baffour sentenced the accused persons as follows, A1, is sentenced to six years in prison, A2 to five years and A4 to five years in Prison with hard labour. A local agent, Infraloks Development Limited, charged $2 million to facilitate the transaction, bringing the total sum to $8 million.
