One of the enduring stories this season has been the relationship between players, coaches and officials. “What we’re hopeful to do is have meaningful conversations about what is excellence, what do you want from officials? Any change in the relationship triad of referees, players and coaches has to be welcome from every side. Our league is filled with good men and women … time and time again when given the opportunity, our league shows its goodness. “That we’re doing good work here and it can be recognized as such.”
