( Jonathan Bachman / Getty Images )OAKLAND—As teenagers with just a year of college continue to flood into the first round of the NBA draft, commissioner Adam Silver will continue to push for some kind of change to the league’s current age limits. “My sense is that one-and-done is not working for anyone,” Silver said in his annual state-of-the-league address before Game 1 of the NBA final. The commissioner did lash out at teams long out of playoff contention that may “rest” players late in the season with the added benefit of increasing draft lottery odds. There will be changes to the lottery system at some point soon.
