NASA to swear-in Raila Odinga on Tuesday


The Opposition is planning to swear in Raila Odinga as President of the People’s Republic of Kenya on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, paving way for fresh confrontation with Jubilee. On Monday, in a unanimous vote, the Supreme Court judges upheld President Kenyatta’s victory in the said election Which Raila led his supporters in boycotting. According to the Opposition leader who released a statement while in Tanzania, the judges returned their verdict under duress. Nasa had said when President Kenyatta was declared winner of the October 26 poll, that it would swear in Raila Odinga if the former is sworn in for a second term. Raila who is currently in Tanzania for a series of meeting although whom he was meeting and the purpose of the trip remain unknown, is yet to comment on the matter.
