ALSO READ: Kenyans react after DP Ruto blames Raila for Nairobi chaosRaila wanted Waiguru to give a list of properties she owned and categorically state the amount of allowances she earned when she was in office. The former presidential candidate also wanted the former CS investigated if she traded in the Nairobi Securities Exchange. A lifestyle audit was also recommended for top officials of the Devolution ministry at the time, including Waiguru, for the last five years.
