It’s a day to take a breath and do something to look after yourself and for me that’s seeing family. Sunday is a great day to meet family, so invariably my sister and her kids will join us. This is so nerdy, but I’ve got this amazing meditative one I’ve listened to for years, she’s a Buddhist teacher.
