The private legal practitioner who once worked in the law firm of the president says his work would be guided by the judicial oath. Touting his credibility before the Parliament’s Appointments Committee Tuesday, Kulendi said he is of high and uncompromising moral standing. His oath, he said would be “to do right to all manner of men” and that he follow holistically. Kulendi said should he be approved by the House, he would weigh, as demanded, his conflict, if any, in any case before sitting on it.
